Randy's 50 Ford Woodie Front Suspension

Although only about 4 pages long, the instructions included with the DC Metal Fabricators kit were pretty good.  After welding in the spreader bar, the next step was to remove the cross member.  This took a LOT of gas as not only is the frame pretty stout in this area, there were internal braces to work through.

 

 
And this is the result of maybe a couple of hours work.  Slow, smoky work.

On the floor is the DC Metal frame rail for the left side.
