Randy's 50 Ford Woodie Front Suspension

Now that everything is aligned, the shock towers are tilted equal amounts and the mock up seems
to be okay, I called in Kraig Gould from Kraig's mobile welding.  How embarrassing would it be to be cruising down PCH and have the engine drop out or the frame break in half?

Kraig begins the final welding.  He was there over
2 1/2 hours and probably went through double the number of sticks in his back pocket.

Another shot of Kraig as he begins the final weld up.  The gap between the cross
member and the frame rail was neatly filled with 6011 1/8" welding rod.

conversion to Mustang II front suspension.
I used a kit from TCI for the control arms, air bags, spindles and rotors.

Looks like it might work.
